Overview
The Village of Victor ZBA consists of five appointed members, serving three-year terms. The board is authorized to hear and review appeals from administrative decisions. The board is given the power to grant or deny variances and special permits. The power to interpret the provisions of the village zoning law is exclusively vested in the Zoning Board of Appeals. All official actions of the board must be taken at a public hearing meeting.
All submissions to the Zoning Board of Appeals should be received in the office of the Secretary of the ZBA four weeks prior to the meeting date.
