The Village Code Enforcement Officer, Building Inspector, and Fire Marshal. - Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Please allow ten days for an application to be reviewed. The Code Enforcement Officer will contact the applicant when the permit is ready and payment is due when permit is picked up at the Village Hall.

Please direct inquiries, complaints, or applications directly to Village Hall by calling 585-924-3311, emailing the Code Enforcement Officer, Peter O'Biso at codes@villageofvictorny.gov, or visit Village Hall at 60 East Main Street between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
